Head of Residential Sales and Lettings
I joined Haus Sales & Lettings in December 2017 after many years working with well-known corporate estate agents across North and West Yorkshire. I’m proud to now be Head of Residential Sales and Lettings, overseeing the entire operation here at Haus.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Letting and Property Management, having successfully completed four industry-recognised exams. With a strong background in estate agency, I have particular expertise in residential investment and development. Whether it's property sourcing for investors, portfolio advice, valuations, or everything that happens behind the scenes, I’m always here to help.
Our team has a wealth of experience in the North, West & South Yorkshire property market, and we’re all committed to delivering an exceptional service to every client. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together at Haus.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me on a long countryside walk or out enjoying dinner with family and friends.
Will
Branch Valuer
With over a decade of experience managing HMOs across North Leeds, I’m your dedicated Senior Property Consultant and in-house Valuer. I work closely with investors at all stages, offering expert guidance on selling, purchasing, and maximising rental income.
Our portfolio health checks are a great way to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. I’ve helped clients add value through targeted refurbishments, HMO conversions, and structural changes like dormer extensions and basement conversions—always with a focus on boosting returns and staying compliant.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially on seaside getaways—they’re our favourite way to relax and recharge.

Senior Lettings Negotiator
I joined Haus Sales & Lettings in March 2023 after spending six years working in childcare. Following a recent promotion in 2025, I’m now the Senior Lettings Negotiator, dedicated to helping you find the perfect home.
I’m here to support you every step of the way—from meeting you on viewings, guiding you through the paperwork, all the way to handing over the keys on the most exciting day: Move-In Day!
I love the fast-paced nature of the role, chatting with landlords to generate new business, and the fact that no two days are ever the same. The highlight for me is always meeting you on move-in day, handing over the keys, and celebrating the start of your new chapter.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out for brunch, enjoying a drink or two, or relaxing at home with my cat, Pebbles.

Sales & Lettings Consultant
I’m a Sales & Lettings Consultant, recently promoted, and I love working closely with our clients—keeping them in the loop behind the scenes and meeting tenants and buyers on viewings. I’m here to guide you through every step of the moving process and help you find the perfect home. Building strong relationships is really important to me, and it’s great to see that reflected in my 5-star Google reviews—I’m really proud of that!

I joined Haus Sales & Lettings in 2024 as a Lettings Negotiator after finishing University in Leeds, and it’s been an amazing journey so far! I really enjoy helping landlords and tenants find the perfect match and making the letting process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Every day is different, and I love the fast-paced environment—no two days are the same! Whether I’m arranging viewings, handling paperwork, or supporting tenants on move-in day, I’m always here to make things easy and straightforward.
When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the gym & bottomless brunches with friends.

Lettings Pipeline Administrator
I joined Haus Sales & Lettings in April 2024 as a part-time Pipeline Administrator while I was studying at university in Leeds. Fast forward to now—I’m full-time and looking after the Lettings Pipeline right across Yorkshire!
One of my favourite parts of the job is chatting with different people every day—whether it’s helping landlords get everything ready or guiding tenants through the process of moving into their new home. My role is all about staying organised and making sure everything is in place, from compliance checks to move-in day.
Being based in the office, I’m here to support tenants every step of the way—from their first application to the moment they get their keys.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll probably find me enjoying a bottomless brunch with friends or heading up North to spend time with family.

Sales & Lettings Pipeline Administrator
With over 10 years of experience in lettings, I joined the Haus team as a Sales & Lettings Pipeline Administrator after returning from maternity leave. I’m here to support clients through every stage of the move-in process—from sorting paperwork to handing over the keys on move-in day.
Whether it’s solving problems behind the scenes or offering a bit of extra guidance, I’m always happy to help and put my experience to good use to make things as smooth as possible.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family—that’s where I’m happiest!
